PICKLED TUNA
香辣金枪鱼
INGREDIENTS A
- 500g tuna fish
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt

- 8 个 红葱头
- 6 瓣 蒜头
- 1½ 寸 姜
- 4 枝 咖喱叶
- 2 茶匙 芥菜籽
INGREDIENTS C
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 7 dried chilies
- 1 tsp anchovy stock powder
材料C
- 3 汤匙 咖喱粉
- 7 个 辣椒干
- 1 茶匙 凤尾鱼汤粉
SEASONINGS
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
调味料
- ½ 茶匙 盐
- ½ 茶匙 糖
PREPARATION
- Cut tuna fish into diced, mixed with Ingredients A
- Cut shallots, garlic and ginger into slices.
事前准备
- 金枪鱼切块,加入材料A拌匀。
- 红葱头,蒜头和姜去衣切片。
METHOD
- Add oil in wok, choose "Fry" press the time icon and press "+" to 10 minute, and start the machine.

- Add oil in wok, choose " Stir Fry" and start the machine.
- After 1 minute add Ingredients B cook until fragrant. Add Ingredients C and some.

做法
- 锅内加入适量油,选择“油炸”时间上加调到10分钟再按启动。
- 1分钟后加入金枪鱼,炸至金黄色,取出搁旁。
- 锅内加入适量油,选择“爆炒”按启动。
- 1分钟后加入材料B炒香,再加入材料C和适量清水。
- 加入炸好的金枪鱼和调味料。
