SCRAMBLED EGG WITH CRABSTICKS
蟹柳桂花蛋
INGREDIENTS
- 4 fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 5 eggs
- 6 crabsticks
- 1 red chili
- 1 green chili
- 1 tsp corn flour
材料
- 4 朵 新鲜香菇
- 5 粒 鸡蛋
- 6 条 蟹柳
- 1 条 红辣椒
- 1 条 青辣椒
- 1 茶匙 玉米粉
SEASONINGS
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ tsp chicken seasoning powder
调味料
- ½ 茶匙 盐
- 1 茶匙 胡椒粉
- ½ 茶匙 鸡精粉
PREPARATION
- Trim the hard stems from shiitake mushrooms and slice thinly ; beat egg ; tear crabsticks into thin strips ; remove seeds from chilies and cut into shreds.
- Combine all Ingredients and Seasonings, stir well.
事前准备
- 香菇修去硬蒂,切薄片 ;鸡蛋打散 ;蟹柳撕成细条 ;辣椒去籽切丝。
- 碗内放入全部材料和调味料拌匀。
METHOD
- Add 4 tbsp oil in the wok, choose "Pan Fry" and start the machine.
- After 1 minute, pour in egg mixture cook until the timer end.
做法
- 锅内加入4汤匙油,选择“香煎”按启动。
- 1 分钟后,倒入鸡蛋混合物。
