THAI CURRY DUCK WITH PINEAPPLE
泰式黄梨咖喱烧鸭
INGREDIENTS A
- 200g thick coconut milk
- 300g water
- 2 stalks lemongrass
- 5 pcs kaffir lime leaves
- 5 slices galangal
- 4 stalks coriander roots
材料A
- 200 克 浓椰浆
- 300 克 清水
- 2 支 香茅
- 5 片 麻疯柑叶
- 5 片 南姜
- 4 支 芫荽根
INGREDIENTS B
- 1 whole whole garlic
- 100g shallots
- ½ inch turmeric
- 1 slice ginger
- 3 tbsp thai chili paste
材料B
- 1 个 蒜头
- 100 克 红葱头
- ½ 寸 黄姜
- 1 片 姜
- 3 汤匙 泰式辣椒糊
INGREDIENTS C
- ½ roast duck
- 2 slices (about 200g) pineapple
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ bowl thai basil leaves
材料C
- ½ 只 烧鸭
- 2 片(约200克) 黄梨
- 2 汤匙 鱼露
- 2 汤匙 黄糖
- ½ 碗 九层塔叶
PREPARATION
- Rinse kaffir lime leaves and tear the leaves along the veins. Combine kaffir lime leaves with the rest of the Ingredients A in the pot, cover with a lid and press "Stew" press the time icon and press "-" to 20 minute and start the machine set aside for later use.
- Peel garlic and shallots, combine with the rest of Ingredients B in a blender and blend until fine.
- Cut roast duck into pieces; cut pineapple into pieces; rinse Thai basil leaves and drain well.
事前准备
- 麻疯柑叶洗净,沿叶脉撕开,连同其余材料A加入锅内,加盖选择“烩”时间上减调到20分钟再按启动。
- 蒜头和红葱头去衣, 连同其余材料B放入搅拌机内,搅至细滑.
- 烧鸭斩块; 黄梨切块; 九层塔洗净沥干.
METHOD
- Add 3 tbsp of oil in the work, choose "Stew" and start the machine.
- After 1 minute, add Ingredients B mixture until fragrant. Add Ingredients A mixture.
- After 3 minute, add Ingredients C (except Thai basil leaves). Cover with a lid and cook until the timer end. Then only stir in Thai basil leaves.
做法
- 锅内加入3汤匙油, 选择"烩"按启动.
- 1分钟后,加入材料B混合物炒香.加入材料A混合物拌匀.
- 过了3分钟后 加入材料C (九层塔叶除外)拌匀, 加盖煮.起锅前拌入九层塔叶.
