STEWED BEEF WITH BAMBOO SHOOTS
竹笋炖牛肉
INGREDIENTS A
- 300g Bamboo Shoots
- 600g Beef

- 300 克 竹笋
- 600 克 牛肉

- 1 cup coconut milk
- 125ml water
- 1 tsp black pepper
材料B
- 1 杯 椰奶
- 125 毫升 清水
- 1 茶匙 黑胡椒
INGREDIENTS C
- 2 star anises
- 3 cloves
- ½ tsp fennel seeds
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 springs curry leaves

- 2 个 八角
- 3 个 丁香
- 1/2 茶匙 茴香种子
- 1 个 肉桂棒
- 2 枝 咖喱叶
INGREDIENTS D
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger
材料D
- 2 个 葱头
- 3 瓣 蒜
- 1 寸 姜
SEASONINGS
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
调味料
- ½ 茶匙 盐
- ½ 茶匙 糖
CURRY MIXTURE (MIXED WELL)
- 4 tbsp meat curry powder
- 4 tbsp water
咖喱溶液(拌匀)
- 4 汤匙 肉类咖喱粉
- 4 汤匙 清水
PREPARATION
- Cut bamboo shoots into slices, cut beef into small pieces.
- Cut Onion and garlic into fine sliced; ginger cut in to sliced thinly.
事前准备
- 竹笋削皮切斜段, 牛肉切小块。
- 葱头和蒜去衣切小片,姜去衣切薄片
METHOD
- Add oil in wok, choose "Stew" and start the machine, after 1 minute add Ingredients C fry until fragrant.
- Continue add Ingredients D fry until fragrant.
- Add in Curry Mixture after cooked 2 minute add in beef and bamboo shoots, cook with cover lid.
- After 3 minture add Ingredients B, keep cook until left 1 minute to add Seasonings.
做法
- 锅内加入适量油,选择“烩”按启动。1分钟后加入材料C炒香。
- 接着加入材料D炒香
- 加入咖喱溶液混合物拌匀,煮2分钟后加入牛肉和竹笋。
- 3分钟后加入材料B,加盖煮到最后1分钟加入调味料。
