ITALIAN BRAISED CHICKEN
意大利炖鸡
INGREDIENTS
- 400g chicken thigh
- 400g canned whole peeled tomatoes
- ½ onion
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cloves garlic
- 10 fresh italian basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
材料
- 400 克 鸡二度
- 400 克 去皮番茄罐头
- ½ 粒 葱头
- 1 茶匙 黑胡椒粉
- 1 茶匙 盐
- 3 瓣 蒜头
- 10 叶 新鲜意大利罗勒叶
- 2 汤匙 橄榄油
SEASONINGS
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp chopped italian parsley
调味料
- ½ 茶匙 盐
- 1 茶匙 黄糖
- 1 汤匙 切碎的意大利香菜
PREPARATION
- Mince Garlic, cut onion into small piece, and chop basil leaves set aside.
- Pat dry chicken thighs using paper towels after rinse with water.
- Puree the whole peeled tomatoes with food processor.
事前准备
- 蒜头,葱头去衣和切碎。
- 清洗鸡二度沥干。
- 去皮番茄罐头倒入搅拌器,搅拌匀。
METHOD
- Choose "Braise" and start the machine.
- Put in chicken thighs, skin side down , brown both sides of the chicken.
- Add olive oil, onion and garlic cook for 3 mintue.
- Add tomato puree and basil , cover with lid and cook 15 minute
- Add Seasonings (except Parsley) and cook until the timer end, then only add Parsley.
做法
- 选择“焖炖”按启动。
- 加入鸡二度,皮往下煎把两面煎至金黄色。
- 加入橄榄油,加入蒜末和葱末,煮3分钟。
- 加入番茄混合物,加盖煮15分钟。
- 加入调味料(香菜除外),起锅后撒上香菜。
