ASIAN BRAISED BEEF
萝卜炖牛肉
INGREDIENTS A
- 250g beef
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 gloves garlic
- ½ cup water
- 6 mini carrots
- 2 dry beancurd sticks
- ½ small onion
材料
- 250 克 牛肉
- 2 汤匙 油
- 2 瓣 蒜头
- ½ 杯 清水
- 6 个 小萝卜
- 2 枝 干腐竹
- ½ 粒 小葱头
SEASONINGS
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- ¼ tsp white pepper
调味料
- 1 汤匙 生抽
- 1 汤匙 蚝油
- ½ 茶匙 麻油
- ½ 茶匙 白胡椒
PREPARATION
- Peel onion and garlic cut into small pieces.
- Cut beef in to small cubes
- Soak beancurd sticks in warm water for 30 minutes and cut into piece

- 蒜头,葱头去衣和切碎
- 把牛肉切块
- 用温水泡软干腐竹30分钟,切段
METHOD
- Add oil in wok and choose "Braise" and start the machine
- Add onion and garlic fry until fragrant. Add beef, carrot and beancurd sticks.
- Add water and seasonings, cook cover with lid.
做法
- 锅内加入油,选择“焖炖”按启动。
- 加入葱和蒜炒香。加入牛肉,红萝卜和腐竹。
- 加入清水和调味料,加盖煮。
