BLACK PEPPER CHICKEN
黑胡椒鸡
INGREDIENTS A
- 1 whole chicken leg
- 6 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 tsp black pepper
材料A
- 1 个 整只鸡腿
- 6 粒 红葱头
- 2 瓣 蒜头
- 1 寸 姜
- 1 茶匙 黑胡椒
INGREDIENTS B
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- ½ cup water
材料B
- 2 汤匙 蚝油
- 4 汤匙 甜酱油
- ½ 杯 清水
MARINADE
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
腌料
- 2 汤匙 蚝油
- 2 汤匙 甜酱油
- 1 茶匙 黑胡椒
SEASONINGS
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
调味料
- ½ 茶匙 盐
- ½ 茶匙 糖
CORN FLOUR SOLUTION (MIXED WELL)
- 1 tsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp water
芡汁(拌匀)
- 1 茶匙 玉米粉
- 1 汤匙 清水
PREPARATION
- Cut chicken in to pieces; pounded shallots and garlic; cut ginger into slice
- Combine chicken and "Marinade", set aside for 30 minutes.
事前准备
- 鸡肉切块;红葱头和蒜头去衣打烂;姜去衣切片
- 鸡肉块加入腌料拌匀,腌30分钟。
METHOD
- Add oil in wok, choose "Stir Fry" and start the machine, add in the chicken fry until the machine timer end. Remove and set aside.
- Add some oil in wok, choose "Pan Fry" and start the machine, after 1 minute add Ingredients A (expect Chicken) fry until fragrant.
- Add in Ingredients B, after 1 minute add Chicken.
- Last 1 minute pour in Corn Flour Solution and Seasonings.
做法
- 锅内加入适量油,选择“爆炒”按启动。加入鸡肉块炸至金黄色。取出沥油。
- 锅内加入适量油,选择“香煎”按启动。1分钟后加入材料A(鸡肉块除外)炒香。
- 加入材料B拌匀,1分钟后加入鸡肉块。
- 起锅前加入芡汁和调味料拌匀。
