BRAISED CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS
冬菇焖鸡
INGREDIENTS A
- 800g chicken
- 8 pieces dried chinese mushrooms
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 bulb garlic
- 1½ cup water
材料A
- 800 克 鸡
- 8 朵 干冬菇
- 1 寸 姜
- 1 粒 蒜头
- 1½ 杯 清水
SEASONINGS
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp light soya sauce
- 4 tbsp thick dark soya sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp sugar
调味料
- 1 汤匙 蚝油
- 3 汤匙 生抽
- 4 汤匙 黑酱油
- 1 茶匙 麻油
- 2 茶匙 糖
CORN FLOUR SOLUTION (MIXED WELL)
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 3 tbsp water
芡汁(拌匀)
- 1 汤匙 玉米粉
- 3 汤匙 清水
PREPARATION
- Cut Chicken into pieces, soak dried chinese mushrooms until soft and cut mushrooms stem.
- Washed garlic with skin on
- Combine all Seasonings, stir well.
事前准备
- 鸡肉切块,干冬菇泡软修去硬蒂。
- 清洗蒜头
- 混合调味料拌匀。
METHOD
- Add oil in the wok, choose "Braise" and start the machine.
- After 1 minute, put in ginger and fry until fragrant.
- Add Chicken and chinese mushrooms. Cover with lid and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add water and Seasonings, cover with lid and cook for 35 minutes.
- Add Corn Flour Solution cook until timer end.
做法
- 锅内加入适量油,选择“焖炖”按启动。
- 1分钟后加入姜炒香。
- 加入鸡肉块和冬菇.加盖煮3分钟。
- 加入清水和调味料,加盖煮35分钟
- 加入芡汁拌匀。
