CHICKEN SOUP
马铃薯鸡汤
INGREDIENTS A
- ½ medium-sized chicken
- 3 potatoes
- 1 cube chicken stock cube
- 1.5l water
材料A
- ½ 只 中型鸡
- 3 粒 马铃薯
- 1 块 鸡汤块
- 1.5 公升 清水
INGREDIENTS B
- 1 pc soup spices
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 shallots
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 tbsp soup powder, mixed with some water
材料B
- 1 包 "sup bunjut“ 汤材料
- 2 瓣 蒜头
- 2 粒 红葱头
- 1 寸 姜
- 1 汤匙 汤粉,拌匀点水
SEASONINGS
- 1 tsp salt
调味料
- 1 茶匙 盐
PREPARATION
- Cut chicken into bite- sized pieces, peel garlic, shallots,ginger and cut into slices.
- Peel potatoes and cut into pieces.
事前准备
- 鸡肉切小块,蒜头,红葱头和姜去衣切片。
- 马铃薯去衣切块。
METHOD
- Add 4 tbsp oil in the wok, choose "Soup" and start the machine. After 1 minute, add ingredients B stir-fry until fragrant and the garlic turns golden brown.
- Add ingredient A, add seasonings and mix well before serving.
做法
- 锅内加入4汤匙油,选择“汤”按启动。分钟后加入材料B爆香至蒜金黄色。
- 加入材料A,起锅前加入调味料拌匀。
