FRIED SHRIMP BALL
炸虾球
INGREDIENTS A
- 400g large sized prawns
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 500ml cooking oil

- 400克 大虾
- ½ 茶匙 盐
- ½ 茶匙 胡椒粉
- 500毫升 油
CORN FLOUR SOLUTION (MIXED WELL, FOR COATING)
- 85g corn flour
- 60g All-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 egg
- 11g Water
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp salt
玉米粉溶液(拌匀,沾裹用)
- 85 克 玉米粉
- 60 克 多用途面粉
- 2 茶匙 发酵粉
- 1 粒 蛋
- 11 克 清水
- 1 汤匙 油
- ½ 茶匙 盐
PREPARATION
- Peel and devein prawns but leave the tails intact.
- Marinade the prawns with salt and pepper, leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
事前准备
- 虾去壳留尾,跳出肠泥。
- 加入盐和胡椒粉拌匀,放入冰箱腌30分钟。
METHOD
- Add oil in wok choose "Fry" and start the machine.
- After 1 minute, hold the prawns from its tail, one by one, dip the prawns into corn flour solution and add into the wok.
- Fry until golden brown. Remove and drain oil.
做法
- 在锅内加入油,选择“油炸”按启动。
- 1分钟后, 每只虾粘了玉米粉溶液后,加入锅内。
- 炸至金黄色,取出沥油。
