GRILLED LIME CHICKEN
青柠烤鸡
INGREDIENTS
- 900g chicken breasts (bonless, skinless )

- 2 Lime
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 3 tbsp cilantro
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt

PREPARATION
- Grated zest from 2 limes, Chop cilantro
- Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap or wax paper and pound toan even thickness with a meat mallet or rolling pin.
- Mix the olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, cilantro, sugar, salt, pepper, and cumin together in a large bowl. Add the chicken and massage the marinade into the chicken.
- Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the refrigerator. Remove them from the marinade and pat them dry with paper towels. Coat the chicken breasts with some olive oil.

METHOD

- add in marinade chicken breasts, grill the chicken for 5min on each side.
