GULAI LEMAK PINEAPPLE PRAWNS
咖喱黄梨虾
INGREDIENTS A
- 800g medium-sized prawns
- 300g pineapple
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 pieces kaffir lime leaf
- 200ml thick coconut milk

- 2 片 疯柑叶
- 200 毫升 浓椰浆

- 15 dried chilies
- 2 red chilies
- 15 shallots
- 3 candlenuts
- 3cm turmeric
- 3cm galangal
- 2 stalks lemongrass
- 2 tsp belacan
材料B
- 15 条 辣椒干
- 2 条 红辣椒
- 15 粒 红葱头
- 3 粒 石古仔
- 3cm 黄姜
- 3cm 南姜
- 2 支 香茅
- 2 茶匙 马来栈
SEASONINGS
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
调味料
- 1 茶匙 盐
- 2 茶匙 糖
PREPARATION
- Clean prawns and trim off antennas. Set aside
- Peeled, rinsed and cut pineapple into small pieces; peeled shallots.
- Pound Ingredients B until fine.
事前准备
- 虾开背,跳出肠泥。
- 黄梨去皮清洗,切块。红葱头去衣。
- 将材料B混合打烂。
METHOD
- Add oil in wok, choose "Pan Fry" press the time icon and press "+" to 10 minute, and start the machine.
- After 1 mintue add kaffir lime leaf and pounded mixture and fry until fragrant. Add in pineapple and fry well.
- Add prawns, water and bring to boil. Add in thick coconut milk, Seasonings and cook until the timer end.
做法
- 在锅内倒入油,选择“香煎”时间上加调到10分钟再按启动。
- 1分钟后,加入疯柑叶和材料B混合物炒香。加入黄梨炒匀。
- 加入虾和清水煮滚,再加入浓椰浆和调味料继续煮。
