INGREDIENTS A
- 400g minced chicken
- 25g salted fish
- 25g fried red snapper fillet / mackerel fillet
- 1 tbsp diced spring onion
- 1 tbsp minced ginger

- 25 克 咸鱼
- 25 克 炸红糟鱼片/ 鲛鱼片
- 1 汤匙 青葱粒
- 1 汤匙 姜蓉

- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- some corn flour (for coating)
材料B
- 1 粒 鸡蛋
- 2 汤匙 粘米粉
- 适量 玉米粉(沾裹用)
SEASONINGS
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
调味料
- 2 茶匙 胡椒粉
- 2 茶匙 黄糖
- 1 茶匙 麻油
PREPARATION
- Combine Ingredients A and mix well. Add Seasonings and stir well.
- Beat egg and add into Ingredients A mixture, then mix well. Add rice flour and stir well.
- Shape the mixture into balls, flatten lightly and coat with corn flour evenly.
- Frost in freezer for 30 min.
事前准备
- 材料A混合均匀,加入调味料拌匀。
- 鸡蛋打散,加入鸡肉碎混合物中拌匀,加入粘米粉拌匀。
- 鸡肉碎混合物搓成丸状,稍微按扁,均匀粘裹玉米粉。
- 放进冰箱冷冻30分钟,备用。
METHOD
- Add oil in wok, choose "Fry" press the time icon and press "+" to 10 minute and start the machine.
- After 1 minute add chicken patties and fry.
- After 4 min turn the chicken patties and cook until equally golden brown. Remove and drain oil.
做法
- 在锅内倒入适量油,选择“油炸”时间上调到10分钟再按启动。
- 1分钟后加入肉饼。
- 4分钟后, 另一面也炸至呈金黄色, 取出沥油。
