STIR-FRIED SHRIMP WITH MUSHROOM AND KALE
香菇芥兰炒虾
INGREDIENTS
- 10 small-sized dried shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tomato
- 1 yellow onion
- 8 large-sized prawns
- 500g chinese kale
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 200g water
材料
- 10朵 ⼩⼲香菇
- 1个 番茄
- 1个 黄洋葱
- 8只 ⼤虾
- 500克 芥兰
- 1汤匙 蒜末
- 200克 清⽔
SEASONINGS
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp chicken seasoning powder
调味料
- 1 汤匙 鱼露
- 1 汤匙 黄糖
- 1 汤匙 蚝油
- 1 汤匙 生抽
- 2 茶匙 麻油
- 2 茶匙 鸡精粉
CORN FLOUR SOLUTION (MIXED WELL)
- 1 tsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp water
芡汁(拌匀)
- 1 茶匙 玉米粉
- 1 汤匙 清水
PREPARATION
- Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water until soft, rinse and drain well ; cut tomato into wedges and core; peel onion and cut into wedges; peel onion and cut into wedges ; peel and devein prawns but leave the tails intact.
- Cut Chinese kale into sections. Bring ½ pot of water to a boil, add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tsp of sugar, then add Chinese kale to blanch 2 minutes. Remove and drain well.
事前准备
- 干香菇泡软,洗净沥干;番茄切角去籽;洋葱去衣切角;虾去壳留尾,跳出肠泥。
- 芥兰切段。将½锅清水煮沸,加入1茶匙盐,1汤匙油和1茶匙糖,加入芥兰烫2分钟,取 出沥干。
METHOD
- Add 3 tbsp oil in the wok, choose "Stir Fry" and start the machine. After 1 minute add chopped garlic and fry until fragrant.Add the rest of the Ingredients (except Chinese kale and water).
- After 1 min add water and Seasonings and cook until the prawns have turned pink. Add Chinese kale and cook until timer end. Stir in Corn Flour Solution.
做法
- 在锅内加入3汤匙油,选择“爆炒”按启动。1分钟后加入蒜末炒香。加入其余材料(芥 兰和清水除外)
- 1分钟后加入清水和调味料, 煮至虾粉红色。加入芥兰。 拌入芡汁。
